I just got a set of heat guard sleeves. How is the the best way to put these on. There were no instructions so I don't know how to put them on properly. Where do the shrink bands go and where does the string go. I think you cut them and tie around the boots. Can somebody that has installed this stuff before give me a detailed set of instructions.
