I have Trick Flow TW Aluminum heads, Arias 10:1 pistons, trick flow intake, and longtube headers (among other minor bolt ons). Which alphabet cam is best for me? (B,E,F,X,Z, etc)

(Ps. I dont have the blower anymore)
