I don't know about that Mach.. When I got my car back it would run ok unless I got into the throttle alot. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, so I paid a visit to my tranny guy and he found that the cable wasn't connected to the tb. It ran, but it didn't run that good. Anyhow, a quick fix and it ran much better after that(still not great).
Thinking back I now remember ordering the PI Stallion and going with the lockup because the woman on the phone(really seemed to know what she was talking about) said that it would only lock up in od and I thought "Well why the hell would someone order a nonlock up for an aod?!?". After calling lentech they informed me that the lockup locks up in 3rd as well and that was why 2nd was a raped ape and 3rd sucked. After the conversion to nonlockup, 3rd pulls DANG hard too
.. down side: burns gas like you would not believe. Too bad I couldn't get the mileage and performance
I guess you have to get the whole tranny to get the cool mid-3rd lockup??? Anyone?
