I have heard people say to drive it for 10 minutes then let them cool for 10 minutes...Do that process at least 2-3 times.
How I broke in my first set of gears which are still in the car:
Rev to 4,000rpm, dump the clutch and dont shift til you hit the red-line in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd...
