I don't know about that Mr 5.0, I had a dog that did not like any black people. He would growl and bark at any one of my black friends that would come over. It was so bad, that I would have to kennel him when any black friend (male or female) would stop by. Having been around a kennel growing up, you've got more experience than me around dogs, but that's my first-hand experience. My current dog, Sonnie, could care less about skin color.
However, if the dog in question truly did not like black people I would have to believe that it would've become evident the first week on the job.
