Question once in a while...it doesn't start!!..HELP!

Hi guys (and gals too)! I have a dilemma on my 93 GT . Once in a while, my car doesn't start. For example, it starts in the morning to drive to work, and then in the afternoon, to come home, it doesn't start! I get full crank so I don;t think it's the starter, alternator or battery (new one too!) It finally starts after several attempts and if I let the car sit for a good 10minutes after these attempts. BTW, I recently did a tune up (changed plugs, wires, cap, fuel filter etc.) and I thought that would solve the problem. Could this be any of the following?:
1. fuel pump
2. ignition coil
3. fuel pump or ignition relay
4. bad sensor??? if so, where?
Once I get it started, it runs like new?!@$%*!
Any advice, I appreciate it!
