Post New Cam going in, which timing chain? Stock replacement?

I'm getting ready to install my new Crane Compucam 2031, I have 128k on the motor and if course I'm going to replace the stock timing chain, will a stock replacement work? Also should I just install it straight up? Also is there anything else that I should go ahead and replace while doing the job? Thanks
