Default Fox Rear Speaker Covers

I recently bought my '89 GT and it had no speakers, deck, etc in it. After a week I got tired and bought a pair of Rockford Fosgate 5 1/4's for the doors, Kenwood 200w 6x8's for the rear, and a pioneer deck. When I went to install the 6x8's, I realized that the studs that are inside the speaker cover were broken. I know the guy I bought it from had Infinti speakers in it and I know my Kenwood are a pretty good weight. I'm thinking about getting new covers but will the same problem happen? Will the speakers be too heavy? What do you guys do to support the aftermarket speakers? Thanks in advance.
