Our '95 Lumina minivan is FAR from a lemon. It has 120,000 miles on it and it just had it's first tune up because it was hesitating a little bit. Changed the ORIGINAL fuel filter and the ORIGINAL plugs.....voila! No more hesitating! It's been abused--by me
--and by hauling a pop-up camper (with a 3.8 V6) on a great number of camping trips, a majority of which were in the mountains (i.e. 8,000 foot increase in elevation). It even hauled the camper up to the Grand Tetons/Yellowstone and back. It's been to St. Louis and St. Joseph, Missouri; San Antonio, Texas etc. From what I've experienced, and what I've heard from other people, they are pretty damn dependable. Still a Chevy, though...
