That is tough luck, as for Ford they should really get on this before they start to build a bad name for themselves. I've never really known anyone to have trouble with Mustangs, hope ya get something out of this. Maybe try talking to someone in Head Office and see how far that gets you and demand what your looking for, if you get no where go to talk to a laywer and see what he suggests and if you have a case.
