If you're looking for a reliable, quick shipping mail order company, try Mustangs Unlimited. They have two warehouses. One in Connecticut and one in Georgia. This makes for quick delivery times if you are on the east coast.
I live in Connecticut now and have been to their place. They have a tiny little showroom with 3 or 4 guys behind the counter who have been helpful. Their warehouse is HUGE. The whole building must be 75,000 square feet. It really is a warehouse, with parts shelved 20 feet off the ground. Looks like an airplane hangar.
I highly recommend them if you are sick of games. They are not the cheapest, but I'll pay the extra 5% because I KNOW I'll get my stuff and get it quickly. I've bought there in person and through the mail. No problems.
Plus, once you get on their mailing list, you get their catalog which they print new editions twice a year.
