I am running a 150 shot with 95,000 miles on mine. I have the car running very rich. Timing is set at a conservative 9 degrees, and the plugs are 24's gapped at 0.035. Everyone is right though, yes N20 can be hard on your engine if not set up right, but the great thing about N20 is it's only a strain on your engine when your spraying, unlike Superchargers or Turbos. If your engine is built for it, thats one thing, but IMO you get more bang for your buck running N20 on a stock engine than the others. Of course my opinion is a little biased.
