Thumbs up Wow

That is a shame 85coupe,because you know exactly what you want in a cam and where you want it to make power.

Well I will offer my 2 cents,so here goes. Comp Cams Extreme Energy cams have a lot to offer, the XE282 is a pretty popular cam right now,the power band is 2000-6200rpm,the duration is 232/240 so it is a pretty stout cam,it has helped to make over 400hp in 302's and it is the cam FRPP uses in their 392 stroker longblock,MM&FF did a head change where the only thing they did was put AFR 185 heads on a 392 and made 537hp. Richard Holdner's articles are usually pretty accurate so I think that is legit, the heads were also milled for 10.2 compression.

Crane,Lunati,Crower,Isky, and Ford Motorsport offer good cams also.

Man that is too bad you can't get a custom grind for a good price without paying out your you know what, you might want to give J&P a call maybe the DaSilva brother's can hook you up with something, they know how to make hp the old-fashioned way and with giggle gas and turbos.
