Its possible I screwed up the FMU when I rebuilt it. I put everything back together and left the vacuum off of the FMU and FPR and primed the pump. A 3-4' stream of fuel spewed from the FPR. Needless to say the FPR blew an internal gasket or o-ring, possibly do to the FMU.
