With an AOD, and the added weight of being a 'vert, 4.10's would be a better choice, IMO, but 3.73's would still be a large improvement. BTW, these are the ring and pinion gears, and installation kits are available, but you would probably be wise to have them installed for you.

You could very safely use a 75 shot nitrous kit, and even a 125, provided you tune the engine accordingly, use high enough octane fuel, and are well versed in how to use nitrous.
