I agree with ya, and I HATE those dolls and pillows at car shows!!!
I'd especially like to drop kick to HELL those scary, dream haunting "time out" dolls. Its NOT CUTE to have a doll without a FACE leaning against your bumper
Anyways...I agree that some smilies can be overdone, the basic ones like happy, upset, rolleyes etc can be useful in conveying emotion. People misunderstand each other enough as it is, imagine with NO emoticons...
