Your codes were/are:
56 = MAF voltage too high.
21 = ECT out of range.
44 & 94 = Smog pump not working

You never had a transaxle. They are for front wheel drive.

Okay. First of all, did you warm up the engine before you ran the codes? If it wasn't at normal operating temp, it will trigger the ECT code. Very common.

Second, do you still have your smog pump hooked up?

That leaves the code 56. This one is easy. With the key off, disconnect the MAF from the vehicle harness. Start the engine, and allow it to idle for one minute. Turn the key off. Run the KOEO codes again. If this time you get a code 66, your MAF is bad and MUST be replaced. Do this and post the results. If you don't get a code 66, we'll go from there.
