try this..

Having the car ice cold turn it on and remove the radiator cap. look at the water very carefully for any sorta movements and bubbles. If the water does not look like its circulating, then you probably have a clogged up radiator. If the water shows bubbles maybe you have a blown head gasket.
squeze the top radiator hose to see or feel any sorta of pressure going back to the water pump.

What I would do if I was you... I would completely drain that water through the drain plug and use a hose with compressed water to clean through.
