I have the B cam and like it, although I can't speak for other cams since I haven't used them. If your engine is still stock, I don't think messing with putting the B in will help you much. There are cars running 12's with the stock cam.
The B may be good once you had intake, heads, etc. but I wouldn't mess with it now. And even then, there probably is a better cam choice out there depending on what your plans for the car are.
