i didnt mean to give you the wrong impression. it took solid dedication to go from 140 to 200 pounds but i did it without juicing. it took about 8 years of training to overcome my genetics but ive finally done it. if i get sick or injured i lose weight FAST as my body tries to get back down to my "natural" weight of 140, but when i start training again i put the weight back on almost as fast as it came off. as for diet, i eat a _lot_ of dead cow. :-)
