Sychros on the T-5 are notorious for wear; change fluid to synthetic to help the trans.
Replace rear shocks and carefully check out the front-end (ball-joints especially).
Beware if you have the original radiator, they are a replacement item (get a 3-row if you replace) and of course check all hoses.
I would consider replacing the TFI module (attached to distributor) as they are a weak spot and 100k is a lot of miles.
Oxygen sensors should be replaced if they are original. Most things are obvious, such as brakes, exhaust, etc. but check everything.
Most 'Stangs can do 100k easily (my '90 has 110k - runs sweet and trouble-free) but things do wear out and you have to keep up.
Just don't get paranoid about the mileage; all cars are a lot more durable than they used to be and the fox Mustangs have held up remarkably well over time. You have a solid machine, just take good care of it and enjoy.
