Do you mean shorter shifts through your shifter, or a shorter clutch pedal travel?
You can buy an adjustable clutch quadrant and clutch cable kit from companies like BBK, and then you can get a higher or lower actuation of the clutch which will shorten the travel of the pedal.

Or if you're talking just about shifting there's tons of companies out there like Pro 5.0, Steeda, MAC, Hurst, etc. that have lots of short throw shifters.
