Yeah, you should. That's what it sounds like to me from your description. Just make sure you have the SPOUT connector removed when you check and adjust the timing, and put it back in before you go for a test drive. If you find the timing is above 14 degrees, set it to 12. If you find it's less than 14, set it to 10.
