I don't know about the hatchbacks, but on the verts it's in the back trunk wall right above the rear bumper... you look through a hole in the plastic moulding over that wall and you'll see a red button. That button is the reset switch. The purpose of this interia switch is to cut-off fuel delivery in a crash... so in order to trip it, you kinda gotta give the switch a good punch with your fist... you'll know you've tripped it because you'll hear an audible click.

I don't see why ford wouldn't place it along the same wall of the trunk for hatches, so I'd look there.
