i have a clean driving record(except one following too closely, that im not sure went through, caus its been a couple month's, and no ticket to pay)

yes, i am under 18, and we talked with the cop more, and he sounds nice eanough that he is going to look into making the charge not a criminal offence, maby just undo care and attention.

i am going away for a couple days, and by the time i am back, i should have more info on what is happening.
