I used 125 and 150 jets for my dry kit, never had a problem, but remember, like 88workcar said, retard your timing, use good gas 92 or higher octane, and have a good igntion and fuel system. That's cheap insurance in the long run, and makes for a stronger N/A platform too.
I do question the use of platinum plugs with nitrous, I've seen two engines destroyed by use of platinum plugs (everything else was in good tune). The only changes were the plugs. And I remember a discussion on this forum a while back about it too. I could be wrong, so don't take this as gospel or flaming, but don't use platinum plugs with nitrous.
