Where are you ordering it from? Sounds like a problem I was having with excessive motorsports. They told me it was "backordered" from the manufacterer, although everyone else had it in stock, then claimed they shipped it "yesterday" but refused to give me a tracking #. I got it 4 months later, although they charged my card as soon as I ordered.
