Not quite. Our air isn't pure oxygen. If it was, the planet's atmosphere would explode.
Oxygen in and of itself is not flammable, but it will make vitrually anything it comes in contact with extremely flammable. See the pic below. It's the label on the O2 bottle in my garage. It states clearly that it
VIGOROUSLY ACCELERATES COMBUSTION.
