Naw the bulb kind no good for gear oil,
I have one that has a pump on top kinda like pumping ketchup out of a big container you know...?  it's simple
btw, the guy that rebuilt my t-5 says that he doesnt use synthetics in his t-5's. (for the comment above) but i dont see what it would hurt except your wallet.
