Thumbs up

I would do 2 things, both you already touched on. Get traction. Either rebuild /buy new differential or try changeing the fluid to standard gear lube with NO fiction modifier. Secondly, add an adjustable fuel regulator. Raise the fuel pressure until it slows down. Keep a good log book to reflect on, it helps. Also, your 60ft could be down just because now you are making more power down low. Your engine is up to par, now get the rest of the car to match.
