Default How important is it to resurface flywheel?

Well upon dissasembly, i found my clutch to be in good shape, pp and disc were fine, the Tob on the other hand, was stuck in the fork, and im still not sure why my pedal had so much slack in it, the tob wasnt able to pivot so maybe that why?

now to the question, my flywheel was resurfaced last year, and it looks/feels smooth (no glazing), my dad, (an old schooler hot rodder) says it will be fine, and said to just bolt my kk clutch up, so thats what i did, now it bothers me, and kind of want a 2nd opinion from you fellas, i guess i'll find out when i get it all together, just got to put the t-5 in, and the h-pip and im back on the saddle. thanx....
