I've got a BM fan, 180 t-stat, underdrive pulleys, Motorsport water pump, and stock radiator and my car hits ~180 and never moves. I'll probably upgrade to a Fluidyne over the winter though because of the new motor. You can also bypass the thermostat that turns on the fan and just have it run all the time.
