Jodi, i dont care how beautiful it is down there, i highly recommend not going there! Besides, the economy is mostly bananas and coffee and over 50% of the people are in poverty. If it is just for the tourist area, probably would be ok. To me, it sounds like a scam or a bad investment, but if it is in a tourist resort, then maybe. BE CAREFUL!
