Sounds like you need ot take out the heater hose (NOT The 90-degree bypass line - it stays!!!). Now you will have two open fittings - one on the water pump and one on the heater tube. Put one of the oil cooler hoses on each one of those fittings - if they are the original molded hoses, you should see how they fit. All the oil cooler does is splice in between the heater tube and the water pump so that the coolant circualtes through it. Hate to mention
