Thanks for the input. As for the fan, if i jump over the ccrm, the fan runs fine. it runs all the time,. but it runs fine.

As for the IAC, I will try that. This is the piece that sits on top of the throttle body at the input to the upper manifold, right? Has a two wire plug going into it?
