I don't have any pics to post but I've been lifting half my life. I've had to cut back quite a bit the last year or so since my second kid was born. Just can't spend 1.5-2 hours a day in the gym like I used to. Once we get set up in our new house I'd like to convert half the basement into a gym. Anybody out there have a good home set-up?
A couple of years ago guys would post about supplements and work-outs. What worked and what didn't.
Oh BTW. When my wife was liftin' she'd kick all yer butts!
