Sorry to hear bout your car gal =( Things like this happen and it sucks.no other way to word it either.
In all honesty,from looking at the pictures,it wont cost you that much to get it repainted,the skirt itself,judging from the pictures that you have posted,it isn't cracked,so mainly your looking at alil sanding and repaint.
Take and goto a bodyshop ASAP and get estimates,you have full coverage right?
