you get the ford n gm (or holden as we call em) cars on the drags, but they're all old gemini's that make 355HP n stuff. Not much in the muscle department as far as those two brands go in Australia in the past... mostly sedans, recently they've madde it better introducing the new model HSV Monaro (342HP Stock), Falcon XR8 Sprint (Trickford version), GT Falcons, Twin Supercharged V8 XF Falcon Ute (Pickup or whatever you guys call it). Then there's the VL Commodores (or commonwhores as us skyline drivers call em
) with the skyline RB engines, there's quite a few runnign around with GTR engines making them Straight 6 Twin Turbo cars that will rip u a new anus.
They're so common that they don't really get much notice until they take off, and theyre very easily confused with their family car lookalikes.
Mustangs, corvettes etc on the other hand, they're very noticable down here, you'd stand out like a sore thumb.
