I have a MSD Ignition with a Mallory distributor... I've only put about 500 miles on it and no problem at all.... could it be the reason why my rpm tach doesn't work though? I think maybe the shop fried it...
They checked all 3 wires going to the tach and it came out fine. I've installed a after-market tach but I don't have it hooked up yet so I have to see if it works with it. Could the distributor or even igntion cause a conflict with the tach?
