bad surging/driveability with new procharger
I just installed a D1-sc on my 88 GT that was converted to mass air a year ago.
Now i have a bad surge at idle and under light acceleration it runs very lean and is very annoying. Under heavy load and boost It runs extremely RICH. Just for kicks I pulled the mass air plug from the meter and all the troubles went away. Perfect driveability and under boost moderate black smoke out the rear,but this is due to a lack of tuning at this stage.
Why wont the car run with Mass Air hooked up? this is really annoying me.
