No, the 185's will not just bolt right up. First off, the 2.02" intake valves in conjunction with the inline valve design means that nothing more than a stock cam will run without notching the pistons. The 165's would be what you're after. Secondly, the 185's are tapped for 1/2" head bolts, so you'd have to get bushings in order to "bolt" them down to a 302 block (7/16" head bolt threads).
The TFS heads and intakes are matched to each other out of the box, and will work well. The Street intake usually sells for ~$400 and the Track Heat for ~$450.
I would recommend either TFS TW heads or AFR 165's, with a Street intake (or something similar operating range from someone else). Pair that with a decent mild blower cam and you're gonna make a lot of horsepower, and the torque will be there as well.
