its under your driver seat and the easiest way to test it is to just replace it. its relatively cheap. their might be a way to prong the wires and check it but i would just go ahead and replace it personally.
this is a common fix. usually the fuel pump will work sometimes and not other times when the relay is bad. if its completely gone, it might not work at all. mine would work and then the next day it wouldnt and the next it would,,,,etc when my relay went bad.
