i'm not precicely sure, but check the Alabama State Constitution considering it hasn't been revised since its initial conception in 1900!! i bet theres still things in it (still on the books) that defy logic.
ALABAMA..a thousand miles behind the rest of the U.S but ahead of Mississippi and rural arkansas in some places...
I beleive that somewhere down here, you can still carry a black powder firearm in public, since its not a "standard gun" persay..
