Regardless of the chip, a true dyno-tune should be able to tune just about any set up.
The question is finding a place that DOES a true dyno tune.
Many performance shops just send in the car's specs to the chip manufacturers and they send back a program for the car to be burned to the chip.
A true dyno-tune will be programmed while the car is on the dyno, with someone changing the parameters in the chip after each run to verify your chip is EXACTLY the way you need it.
For example: Dallas Mustang made my Autologic chip's programming with about 30-40 minutes on the dyno.
