I have Two detectors. I have a BeL 840i i bought about 2 years ago and its pretty good.. But the real test is when i got a Valentine One. This is the best money can buy! I set them up in the front window together. $150 for the BeL and $400 for the Valentine. The range on the Valentine One is a bit further than the BeL is... Damn it picks them up so far away!!!.. it has huge antenna's built in. It tells you wich way the cop is with the arrows and how many there are. Damn i feel so much safer now that i have it. I know its very expensive.. but its well worth it if you have a heavy foot, And i drive 75-85 all the time. make you feel like the king of the road against cops! Id advise doing some research before you choose one. The valentines the only detector that tells you wich way the cop is, and thats worth a lot to me.
