and stock head bolts will work, but why not go with some better ones while you are already in there? could even go to the studs.
i agree about replacing the intake and throttle body, but i also want to say that the heads are the biggest bottleneck and if you cant afford to do the others right now, replacing the heads and cam will still be a good move. might not get full potential but its easier to swap intakes later than it would be to do it vice versa.
