i agree about replacing the intake and throttle body, but i also want to say that the heads are the biggest bottleneck and if you cant afford to do the others right now, replacing the heads and cam will still be a good move. might not get full potential but its easier to swap intakes later than it would be to do it vice versa.

I second the head bolts, I would get a good set of ARP's while it is all apart, and I would get a good set of roller rockers, and go stud mount they will be stronger if future mods are coming. Get a set of Crane Roller lifters, they will be fine, same as the Ford units, make sure you soak them in oil first for acouple days before assembly. Where are you at in VA, whats close?If you swap injectors remember you will need a mass air meter calibrated for them, I like my C&L 76mm, as for the fuel pump you should just go big it won't hurt, you can get a 255lph in tank for a little over $100 from JD's Performance, and Dave is a great guy www.jdsperformance.com
