I'd definately go with some ARP head bolts or studs. The stock ones are prone to stretching. If you're going to spend that much money on nice heads like that don't go cheap on anything that is going to be used on them.
I'd go ahead and do the head/cam swap and worry about the intake later. One thing you can do though is port match the lower intake to the heads. That'll help some. Anyway, you should definately be able to feel a noticable difference in power.
