I would install the 4.10 gears. Top of 4th is perfect, bottom of 4th is wasted gear. Get some 90/10 struts and 4-cyl springs. You would probably be able to squeeze a few more hp out of it with a carb spacer. Try it, see if it makes a difference. Also try the race pulley for the crank like 88workcar said.
What rpm are you shifting at? And where/how are you launching it? Do you have shorty or full length headers? If you have full length headers, try disconnecting the exhaust for the heck of it and see how it runs that way. If you don't want to deal with that, get some dumps that exit after the mufflers before the rear axle.
Play with your timing a little if you haven't already.
If you pull a 1.5 60' that could put you around 12.1-12.3. If you can squeeze a few more ponies out of it on the big end, there's your 12 flat....
It may not be possible to make enough power with what you have though. Even with all this stuff done perfectly. You might have to do a little intake/head work to get the power you're wanting...You should be able to get damn close how it is now though. GOOD LUCK!
