My Stang Runs Ace! I did all the Things you suggested,..in the correct order as well
,Borrowed a fuel pressure tester,tested good,(have fuel),...,played with the inertia switch(put a piece of wire in plce of the switch itself),....tested plugs (nice and blue, have spark)
All that tested good,.....so I thought that has to be a electrical thing???...,So everthing works, but not when the computer tells it to,... Almost like a "electrical engine control"LOL
thing.....
I remember you saying on one post that the EEC relay will make the pump do strange things..(ie;run the pump with no ign.on or anything).
Anyways.....I bought a new EEC relay, pulled my old one out and it was wet inside
I guess it was from all the rain we've been having..One of the downfalls of living in a rainforest
) Put the new relay in and everthing is back to normal
